All documents that are specific to the portfolio or program should be stored in a single collaborative environment. This ensures that all stakeholders are able to quickly find the right document and, more importantly, ensures that everyone is using the same version of the document. 

As the document library is based on SharePoint, your team will be able to utilize real-time collaboration and integrated comments to keep everyone on the same page.



To manage portfolio or program documents:

Upload new documents

  1. Ensure you have the appropriate portfolio or program open in Portfolio IQ.

  2. Click the Documents tab.

  3. Click +Upload.

  4. Browse and select the new document to be added to the portfolio or program repository.

  5. Alternatively, you can click on Open in SharePoint to work directly in SharePoint for more document management functionality, including working with folders and creating new documents from scratch.

View or update existing documents

  1. Ensure you have the appropriate portfolio or program open in Portfolio IQ.

  2. Click the Documents tab.

  3. Click on the appropriate document/tile to open it.

  4. Alternatively, you can click on Open in SharePoint to work directly in SharePoint for more document management functionality, including working with folders and creating new documents from scratch.
