While capturing deliverables is optional, we recommend you work with the project sponsor to identify and capture the deliverables that will be important to your project stakeholders.

To identify deliverables:

1. Click the Deliverables tab.
   
   
2. Click +New Deliverable.
   
   
3. Complete the Quick Create Key Date form and then click Save and Close from the bottom.
