Capture project lessons learned (02:22)

Anyone can capture a lesson learned at any time and other team members can review and update it to increase the value of each lesson learned.


To capture and update lessons learned:

Create new lesson learned

  1. Ensure you have the appropriate project open in Project IQ.

  2. Click the Lessons tab.

  3. Click +New Lesson Learned.

  4. Fill in the Name field.


    Important: This field is mandatory, and it should be clear and concise to help users identify the Lesson Learned in screens, reports, and dashboards.

  5. Provide additional details in the remaining fields.

  6. Click Save and Close.

Update lessons learned

  1. Ensure you have the appropriate project open in Project IQ.

  2. Click the Lessons tab.

  3. Select the Lesson Learned to be updated from the list.

  4. Update any field, as required.

  5. Click Save & Close.
