While organizations will typically have their own process for capturing benefit outputs and outcomes, you should maintain the status and provide regular progress updates on these to keep all stakeholders engaged and aware of the status of the benefit realization.
To capture benefit outputs and outcomes:
- Ensure you are in Strategy IQ and click Benefits in the Strategy section.
- Select and find the benefit you wish to define an Output or Outcome for.
- Click the ellipses (…) for the appropriate area – Benefit Output or Benefit Outcome.
- Create the Benefit Output or Outcome.
- Click Save & Close to save the new output or outcome.
