Create and maintain strategic themes (02:46)

Once the vision for your organization is defined, we systematically decompose that vision into strategic themes. Themes are realized through strategic goals and the achievement of these strategic goals are measured by the benefits and are delivered through projects, programs and portfolios.

To create and maintain strategic themes:

Define a strategic theme

  1. Ensure you are in Strategy IQ and click Themes in the Strategy section.

  2. Click + New from the command bar.

  3. Fill in the Name field.


    Important: It is mandatory and it should be clear and concise to help users identify the theme in screens, reports, and dashboards.

  4. Complete the remaining fields in the Details pane.

  5. Click Save & Close to save the new Theme.

Updating a strategic theme

  1. Ensure you are in Strategy IQ, click Themes in the Strategy section.

  2. Find and select the Theme you wish to update in the list.

  3. Click on the appropriate theme from the list.

  4. Update appropriate fields and select Save & Close.
